Customer Artwork Files:
We require that your Graphics / Artwork / Text be supplied to us meeting our requested requirements. Prior to placing your order please review our requested Artwork / Graphic/ Text and template instructions. This information can be found by clicking the Artwork Instructions / Templates button. We cannot be responsible for delays in orders due to incorrect submission of artwork that does not meet our set-up requirements. If your job is color critical, please provide a physical print sample with PMS colors noted. Print products are a non-returnable item. Weathering, stains, fraying & tears are excluded from warranty.
Digital Graphic Proof:
After receiving your Graphics / Artwork file and once approved by our art department we will send you a Digital Proof within 24 hours. Printing will not begin until we receive approval of the Digital Proof and then 8 Days [Business Days] completion lead time will begin. We cannot be held responsible for delays in lead times due to the failure of responding to approval proof.
